One of the projects I featured in my portfolio was a lino print based on the Nintendo Switch games console. The one on the portfolio was of togepi from the game Pokemon. I have been working on a series of them featuring characters from all different Nintendo games and my next choice was animal crossing. I had the black layer designed already but I wanted to experiment with colours. My plan was to take the three colours I had recently aquired and have seperate lino blocks for each colour. I was hoping that the yellow and the blue would interact in a way that made them appear green when overlayed. I think I can make this work but in my testing today the blue was too dark that the yellow was barely affecting it.
