"A Feel for You" is a one week project in which I created a short video comic, "The Owl", using lino prints as the images.
I wanted to tell a story linking two lino prints I had created over summer. Starting with an owl and a mushroom, I cut a sheet of lino featuring the owl and the mushroom on the same panel. I wanted the owl to swoop in on the mushroom. Next I thought it needed a scene and I then designed a sunset/sunrise over a field and a forest.
When it came to the animation I knew I wanted the owl to swoop into the forest and scoop up the mushroom.
